Rules

• Book in advance online to secure your spot and to simplify the check-in process. Please use our online booking system.

• Always arrive 20 minutes before your session time to allow for check-in and the mandatory safety briefing.

• Always wear clean indoor closed-toe shoes (eg: running shoes). Professional style climbing footwear is not allowed.

• Adult supervision is required for children aged under 12 at a ratio of 1 adult per 6 children. Adult supervisors who are not climbing enter free of charge.

• Climbing sessions begin every hour on the hour sharp. Late arrivals will still have to attend a safety briefing session and harness fitting, which may shorten the time available for climbing.
